The Scarsdale Village Code is organized into two main sections: Administrative and General Legislation. Each chapter addresses a specific topic. Newly adopted local laws that have not yet been incorporated into the Code are listed separately and clearly labeled. Once codified, these laws are integrated into the appropriate sections of the Code and removed from the separate list.
The Code also includes an appendix containing additional rules and regulations, as well as a disposition list that provides a chronological record of legislation adopted since January 1, 2004.
