Land Use Code Changes Now in Effect
Please be advised that the new land use regulations, adopted by the Board of Trustees at their July 9, 2024 meeting, have been filed with New York State and is now in effect. This also means the moratorium has been lifted. Our staff have also put together an FAQ Document to help navigate these changes.
