[ARCHIVED] Smoke Testing Begins This Week--Bronx River Sewer District

This week through the end of September, the Village of Scarsdale’s consultant will conduct smoke testing of the sanitary sewer lines and service connections to determine locations where excess rainwater and groundwater may be entering the sewer system.
