[ARCHIVED] Sewer Lateral Compliance Program Takes Effect October 01

Pursuant to legislation adopted by the Village Board on February 28, 2023, effective October 01, 2023, the Village will be requiring Sewer Lateral Discharge Compliance Certificates upon any sale, transfer, or conveyance of any property within the Village.
