Land Use Code Changes Now in Effect
Please be advised that the new land use regulations, adopted by the Board of Trustees at their July 9, 2024 meeting, have been filed with New York State and is now in effect. This also means the moratorium has been lifted. Our staff are currently putting together new application forms as well as an FAQ chart to ensure the public can easily understand these changes. While we continue working on these documents, the building and planning departments will not be accepting any new applications until Wednesday, July 24. Please note that permit applications for existing approvals or amendments to existing approvals can still be accepted. Thank you for your patience.
