April 24th, Earth Day Celebrations 2021!
At the Weinberg Nature Center!!!!
This Event will be celebrated, 100% outdoors, Saturday, April 24, 2021, up to 25 registrants for each program. Follow link to learn about COVID19 guidelines.
Fire-Making, Sun and Rain Dance, Spring Bird Migrations, Storytelling, Planting, Native Animals, Guided Walks and Mindfulness Learning in the Woodlands, Nature Discovery Activities, Reconnecting with the Earth, Animal Presentations.
There will be three amazing programs, each with unique and dynamic
environmental and mindfulness educators. Animal presentations immediately following programs with Weinberg Naturalists and Volunteers. (see registration for program specifics)
ALL AGES ARE WELCOME! If you register for all three Programs (see below) you will be able to linger and picnic, hike to Saxon Woods and back, or come and go, as you please! No matter, if you choose to come to one, two or all three programs you will have an inspiring and engaging day, close to the earth and its life.
COVID19 Health checks include temperature check, online phone questionnaire, social distancing, masks are mandatory above the age of 2 years.
Date: Saturday April 24, 2021 (rain date April 25, 2021 same times)
Program Times: 9am-11:30am, 1pm-3pm, 4pm-6pm
Fee: $10 per program or $25 per individual for all three programs (2 years and under enter free)
