Scarsdale Pool

Pool Project Off the Starting Block

The Village has contracted with Hill International from New York City to support the design and construction of the new Scarsdale outdoor public pool facility at 311 Mamaroneck Road. The contract calls for preconstruction services, including presenting options for the future of the complex; the project is anticipated to take 20 months. The 55-year-old facility is in need of many costly repairs, as noted in a 2022 in-depth study by Lothrop Associates, and it is anticipated that the entire pool complex will be demolished and replaced through appropriate project phasing.
