Pool Project Moving Forward with Design Phase Up Next The 55-year-old Scarsdale Pool Complex will finally receive a makeover. The Village Board of Trustees has entered into an agreement with Lothrop Associates Architects D.P.C. for pre-construction design phase services at a cost of $1,676,675. Once the pre-construction phase is completed, the Village Board will consider the additional cost of $825,825 for Construction Phase Services (Contract Administration), totaling $2,502,500, which is 7.15% of the Village’s forecasted construction budget of $35 million. These numbers were reviewed by Village staff and Hill International, the Village’s owner's representative for this construction project and are consistent with industry standards. Stay tuned for more information in the months ahead.
