2. Drivers who received a parking violation for expired meter after making a valid payment in the correct zone using the Pango parking application may submit their information to the Village of Scarsdale for further review.

   Please note, this form is only for drivers who received a parking violation for expired meter after making a valid payment in the correct zone using the Pango parking app. All other matters (including parking violations resulting from the incorrect Pango zone being entered) should be brought to the attention of the Justice Court.

   Village staff will review the materials to determine if the Pango payment is accurate and the vehicle information is consistent with the parking violation. If the materials show a valid payment was made, the Village will share this information with the Justice Court.

   Please note, this form is only for drivers who received a parking violation after making a valid payment using the Pango parking app. All other matters concerning parking violations should be brought to the attention of the Justice Court.

   After submitting your materials, you will receive further instructions from the court. Please note you may still be required to appear on your scheduled court date.
