  • Can I use my old card?
    Yes. If your membership card was printed after 2018, your card will be reactivated automatically when you purchase a current pool membership.
  • What if I lose my card?
    Replacement membership cards can be purchased and printed at pool complex gate and the SPRC office. The fee to reprint a membership card is $10.
  • Can I bring guests to the pool?
    Yes. A family membership entitles that family to bring up to four guests per day; an individual membership entitles that individual to bring up to two guests per day. The membership holder must accompany and is responsible for the guest at all times. The guest fee is $15 per guest.
  • Do I have to pay if I am not swimming?
    Yes. All patrons must hold a membership or pay a guest fee to ENTER the pool complex.
  • Are the pools heated?
    The main pool is heated. Pool water temperatures vary depending on the ambient temperature.
  • What happens if there's a storm?
    In the even of lightning or thunder, all pools will be cleared immediately and the pool complex, including the showers, will be closed for a minimum of thirty minutes from the last sighting of lightning or sound of thunder. During that time, all patrons must stay beneath the breezeway or leave the complex.
  • Does my child have to wear a swim diaper?
    Non-toilet-trained children must wear either a swim diaper or three layers: a diaper, rubber pants, and a bathing suit. They may swim only in the wading or intermediate pool. For sanitary purposes, all diapers must be disposed of in the locker room trash receptacles; they may not be placed in any trash receptacles located outside of the locker rooms. Swim diapers are available for purchase at the pool complex gate.
  • Are there tables and chairs?
    Benches and tables are spread throughout the pool complex grounds. Patrons may also bring their own chairs.
  • What should I do if lost something?
    There is a lost and found bin for items such as towels, shoes, and toys in front of the management office. If you have lost something else, please call the management office. Management discards most lost items after one week.
